The 2024 Exposition on China Brand, part of China Brand Day, took place from May 10 to 14 in Shanghai. Organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the event highlighted the theme "China Brand, Global Sharing; Better Quality, Bright Future for Chinese Brands". China Tourism Group (CTG) showcased its diverse portfolio of high-quality brands at the exposition, demonstrating the strength of this century-old central government-owned enterprise. Deputy General Manager Liu Kun represented CTG at the opening ceremony, the China Convention & Exhibition Brand Development Conference, and the State-Owned Enterprises Brand Building Seminar.


CTG's booth, themed "New Experience, Star Journey", was located at 1H22 in Hall H1 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Centre, covering an area of 207.5 m2. This exhibit highlights CTG's comprehensive service system, featuring CTG TRAVEL, CTG INTERNATIONAL, CTG INVESTMENT, CTG DUTY-FREE, CTG HOTEL, CTG DEVELOPMENT, CTG ASSET, and CTG CRUISE.
CTG INTERNATIONAL's premium scenic brands, such as Shapotou, Detian Transnational Waterfalls, and the Desert Star Hotel, were prominently featured. Through VR interactions, informative displays, and cultural product showcases, visitors experienced a multi-faceted and immersive presentation of these top-notch scenic areas. Looking ahead, CTG INTERNATIONAL plans to continue its "Excellence Strategy", nurturing and developing high-quality brands, refining its brand matrix, and providing innovative development ideas and high-quality examples for the tourism industry.
